You may return any unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt.

Returns due to incorrect item delivery, damage in transit, or quality issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

Hygiene-sensitive items such as hand soaps, disinfectants, and personal care products cannot be returned once opened.

Items must be in resalable condition and must include all original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prompt replacement at no extra cost.
Cancellation of an order
Customer can cancel their order/requested services within 12 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
